Well my 28th birthday was on Saturday and all in all I actually had a pretty good birthday weekend. While Maggie and I still have a few issues to deal with, I believe we’re on the mend. There will still be rough patches to navigate through but our relationship is strong enough handle any problems that may arise.

Anyway back to my weekend, Maggie and I met up with Estelle and Megan for dim sum and it was great. I haven’t had it in a long time and my sisters had a treat for me, they’d pay for lunch for a change! 😀 LOL I think it’s the first time I’ve gone out with them and didn’t have to foot the bill, it was nice. Afterwards we went “girly” shopping (woo) and it was my job to carry the bags.

Over the weekend I completed a project that I’ve been thinking about for the last year and I think it has a lot of potential. I won’t talk about my idea on line till the patent application is in progress so don’t bother asking. 😉

Sunday night Charlene came over with lottery tickets and a Recces peanut butter cup cheese cake and it was actually really good. A bit sweet but it was great and I was hyper the rest of the night. Heh I have a feeling I will be the next few days as well, the cake is huge! She definitely made me feel special, thanks Charlene it’s exactly what I needed. 🙂 That’s pretty much a wrap up of my birthday weekend, nothing big and just the way I like it.
