Maggie called me in the late afternoon to let me know that she got into a low speed head on collision.  She’s alright which is the important thing however the Toyota suffered some front bumper damage, enough that the police would not let her drive it home.  The officer on the scene deemed it no one’s fault due to the poor weather conditions, but the car needed to be towed to the collision center and she needed to make a statement.

She got a ride back from a coworker and is now complaining about some minor neck pain so we’ll get that checked out tomorrow (she doesn’t want to go to the hospital now). After Brandon goes to bed we’ll call our Allstate and see what our options are.

I’m a bit frustrated but glad Maggie’s ok, it’s just a car and that can be fixed or replaced.
