There seems to be a lot of intense debate if Sony did the right thing by pulling the movie The Interview.  North Korea allegedly hacked Sony a couple of weeks back and a group working on its behalf has threatened the US movie industry that if it releases the movie as planned that there will be a terrorist attack so Sony backed down.  I’m a bit conflicted about it as I wouldn’t want anyone to be hurt but I feel we can’t give in to these threats.  The terrorists won this round and I am not willing to trade my fundamental freedoms for security.

Frankly the movie looked kind of stupid but now when it’s released I’ll make sure I go and watch it.
