Today we really didn’t have anything to do so we decided to go to Niagara Falls for a quick visit.  Left the house at around 8am and got there for 9:30am ish, we’re not really morning people by choice but we (or I) don’t like crowds even before COVID19 and first thing in the morning there are the least amount of people. 🙂

The falls are always impressive, so much raw power and it makes me think what did the people think when they first laid eyes on it.  We walked around town as well, there’s just so much flash and garbage, who really likes all those stupid things really…  I took a photo of the Zombie Attack ride because I liked how it advertised a “6D Adventure ride” what does that even mean?!?  While walking the park grounds we did come across some lotus flowers in the pad of lilies and they’re quite pretty.

We left around 11:30, it was starting to get busy and we didn’t want to be close to people which is fine with me.

In the afternoon we went to Megan’s house so Brandon could go swimming.

Megan, Frank & Lily greeted us and well the boy had a great time in the water, enough that I wonder if we should get a swimming pool installed…  Would be expensive but he loves it so much & I think Maggie would use it too.  We’ll see who knows what the future brings.

A very fun weekend, didn’t do any yard or housework but i’m off after tomorrow for the rest of the week so I’ll squeeze it in then. 😉
