As some of you know I subscribe to many science magazines and one of my favorite New Scientist has really bad delivery times. With this latest instance, I haven’t received a new magazine since the middle of July, considering there are 50 issues per year, I would say that’s pretty bad. What makes things worse is New Scientist’s subscription is pricey at over $200 per year. 🙁
When I call, I get the usual BS about “higher than normal call volume”. They’re telling me that on a Thursday morning, they’re experiencing a high call volume?!? LOL then again it seems every company that offers phone service is stating that now…
This is the fourth time I’ve called them about non delivery in the last two years, I should just cancel this shit.
