Man this week has been pretty crazy busy. Work has been very busy and after work, Maggie and I are often looking for houses. On Wednesday we went into a bidding war for a home but unfortunately lost, it was beautiful but after getting some bad intel from our agent (who got it from the selling agent) we decided to abandon the bid at $650k because “we weren’t even close”. Later I find the house sold for $672k and I feel like an idiot because it was a house that both Maggie and I loved, in a good area. Had I known it was only $672k, I would have gone in at $680k but who the hell thinks a $22k gap is “not even close” when one is spending that much money?!?

I was pretty steamed when I found out but I guess there’s nothing I can do about that now. I should have bid more aggressively instead of listening to my agent…

Sigh I’ve even been too busy to surf airsoft sites, that should say something lol.
