Found one that’s good

Yesterday morning Maggie and I brought Brandon to Gymboree and man does he have a good time. He’s always the only kid who’s laughing and screaming for joy when playing and it’s always so funny to watch, he’s a good boy. 🙂 Afterwards we hit T&T to do some grocery shopping and then went for to a Vietnamese restaurant for an early lunch. Didn’t really do anything in the afternoon and at around 4:30PM my folks came over, my mom to watch Brandon and my dad to accompany us to see some houses.

Mark arranged for us to see 7 houses and I have to say overall the houses were a lot nicer than most of the others we’ve seen so far. I’m sad to say (because of the commute) but there is a house that we like at at Sheppard & Pharmacy and we’ll be bidding on it Wednesday night. The reason why I’m sacraficing that is because down the street (literally a few doors down) is an excellent elementary school and well I have to think about Brandon first and foremost.

The house itself is nice, a bit dated inside but solid, the exterior is in excellent shape and there’s a nice big yard. Well anyway we’ll see how it goes on Wednesday, hopefully I’ll have some good news to report.

Today we didn’t do too much I got a haircut and went out for dim sum. Didn’t do anything in the afternoon but lounge around the house which is exactly what I like to do. 😉

Sigh too bad I have to go back to work tomorrow, oh well.

  1. Sheppard & Pharmacy is very close to fairview mall

  2. Yeah it is but it doesn’t help cut down my commute time unfortunately.

  3. why do you choose that area, i thought you would like to live on Don Mills?

  4. Haha no particular reason. We couldn’t find a house we liked in the areas that we wanted so we expanded our search. This one is nice, not ideal commute wise but it has many other positives.
