Considering the horror stories I’ve heard from friends and family, I consider myself lucky that I haven’t lost power or water at my home. Also glad the family is not here just in case something does go wrong. According to the news, around 250k people are without electricity and it might not be restored for everyone till after the 25th! That really sucks…

A few people I know had no power yesterday so I offered my home to help charge their electronics and stay over night if need be. Jorai and his gf Loretta came by in the early afternoon, they’ve been out of power since Saturday night and stayed till this morning.

Henry also came by to charge his UPS and phone, he also made a trip to Le Baron so I got him to pick me up a small portable propane stove just in case. Figure if things go wrong in the near future I can use it to cook, that and it’s good for airsoft so yeah multi use haha.

Told a bunch of people that they’re more than welcome to come to my house, haha with Maggie, Brandon and my brother in law and his family away I got lots of space. 🙂
